Returns Policy

At Threadgold Cycles, we want every customer to leave with complete confidence in their purchase. Our experienced team takes the time to understand your needs, answer your questions and help you choose the right bike or tricycle before you buy.

If you have any questions before making a purchase, please ask – we're always happy to help.

In-store purchases

If you purchase an item in-store, you have the opportunity to inspect the product and discuss your requirements with our team before making your decision.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in-store simply because you change your mind or decide the product is no longer suitable.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, we will always work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Online and telephone orders

If you purchase an item online or over the telephone, you may have additional cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you wish to return an online order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Please note that some items may be excluded from the right to cancel, including goods made to your specification or personalised products.

Faulty or damaged goods

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or has developed a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate under your consumer rights.
